At Davis Home Pros, we are grateful for the blessings we enjoy and desire to give back to our community. Our goal is to give a minimum of 10% of our net profits to help others less fortunate. Current efforts to this end include:

Roblealto

Over the years, Richard, founder and a current employee-owner of Davis Home Pros, has been the construction lead on 12 one-week teams. Richard is helping to build relationships and rebuild and maintain the aging facilities that are home to 100 neglected and abused children in the hills just outside of San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. In addition to Richard's continued efforts, DHP sponsors one of the homes the teams led by Richard helped build.

Rossmoor Fund

The mission of the Rossmoor Fund in Walnut Creek is to develop and fund programs for those in the Rossmoor community who are in need, assist Rossmoor organizations in meeting their charitable and educational goals, develop and fund educational programs, and improve both Rossmoor and the health and well-being of its residents.

Points of Light

Points of Light is an Oakland-based urban youth initiative that has been launched to combat the cycle of violence.  Directors of Points of Light collaborate efforts with various organizations with the goal of directly impacting youth violence in Oakland.

Disabled American Veterans

Richard, founder and a current employee-owner of Davis Home Pros and himself a military veteran with a service-connected disability of 20% and a life member of the DAV, has always had a special place in his heart for his fellow veterans. DAV is the longest-lasting veterans' advocacy and assistance group in this country. It is dedicated to a single purpose: empowering veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity.
