Over the years, Richard, founder and a current employee-owner of Davis Home Pros, has been the construction lead on 12 one-week teams. Richard is helping to build relationships and rebuild and maintain the aging facilities that are home to 100 neglected and abused children in the hills just outside of San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. In addition to Richard's continued efforts, DHP sponsors one of the homes the teams led by Richard helped build.
